Do purchased credits ever expire?
No. Your credits are yours to keep forever. They never expire, allowing you to confidently purchase larger volume packages in advance to secure the lowest possible cost per minute without any risk.
Can I share credits across multiple locations?
No. Credits are linked to a single physical address. All arenas installed under the same roof share the same pool of credits, but if you operate multiple venues at different addresses, each location will maintain its own separate credit balance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal for instant, automated reloads directly through your operator dashboard. We also accept standard bank wire transfers for larger corporate package purchases.
How is VAT handled for international operators?
As a B2B service, the reverse charge mechanism (0% VAT) applies automatically to all European businesses providing a valid intra-community VAT number. For operators outside the EU or without a VAT number, standard local tax regulations apply.
